Medina Weekly News “Cookin’ with Karl” columnist, Karl Gerhard, and a local celebrity chef will be cooking up a delicious meal starting with wine, cocktails and charcuterie followed by sliced flat iron steaks with chimichurri sauce, tomato and basil with a good balsamic drizzle, grilled asparagus, and sautéed mushrooms. And for dessert - fresh strawberry shortcake with homemade whipped cream. Your participation empowers MCAC to continue to advocate for, support, and nurture the arts in Medina County.
